McMaster study shows exercise may reverse aging processA new study provides more evidence of how exercise can pump up your quality of life as you age, and even help reverse the aging process. The study conducted under the auspices of the Buck Institute in California and McMaster University shows that resistance training can reverse aging in the muscle tissue of healthy senior citizens at the genetic expression level.

Popular Science picks CPR Glove as top 10 inventionThe life-saving CPR Glove designed by two electrical and biomedical engineering students at McMaster has received another recognition. Popular Science magazine has selected the CPR Glove as one of the year's top 10 inventions and featured it in their June issue. It is the only invention selected from Canada.
