An over-the-counter drug used to treat diarrhea combined with minocycline, an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections, could one day change the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis.

Directors College raises standards for corporate governance

The DeGroote School of Business recently celebrated the graduation of 67 newly certified Chartered Directors (C. Dir) of The Directors College, a joint venture of McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada. Founded in 2003, The Directors College is Canada's first university accredited corporate director development program.

Exams begin

Classes are now officially over and exams began Thursday at McMaster University. Students will write more than 80,000 exams in more than 700 courses during the exam period, which runs until April 26.
