Globalization expert named Trudeau Fellow

William D. Coleman, a Distinguished University Professor, author and researcher, was awarded a 2007 Trudeau Fellowship by the Trudeau Foundation for outstanding contributions to the social sciences and humanities in Canada and around the world. The recipients were announced on Monday, May 7.

McMaster students receive over $35 million in Millennium scholarships and bursaries

More than 11,900 McMaster students have received financial support from a unique organization dedicated to increasing access to post-secondary education. The Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation has given a total of $35,861,922 in scholarships and bursaries to 11,916 students at McMaster University between 1999 and 2006.
