$1-million gift gives budding entrepreneurs a boost

Teresa Cascioli, the entrepreneur who took a bankrupt Ontario brewery and made it into a stunning financial and marketing success, is donating $1 million to McMaster University to help boost the next generation of entrepreneurs. The gift was announced this morning in the atrium of the DeGroote School of Business.

MBA Games draw 400 students to DeGroote

More than 400 MBA students will converge on the DeGroote School of Business at the beginning of January for the 2008 MBA Games. This national student competition will draw teams from at least 16 schools from across the country.

TB notice to McMaster community

This notice is to advise you that a McMaster student has been diagnosed with active pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). The City of Hamilton's public health and community services department oversees all investigations into TB infections and as a precaution has notified the public and is contacting individually any persons they believe may have had contact with the student.
