Wednesday: An evening with Steve Paikin

The McMaster Alumni Association is pleased to present an evening with Steve Paikin.

On Wednesday, the popular TVO host will be at McMaster to discuss his new book, Paikin and the Premiers: Personal Reflections on a Half-Century of Ontario Leaders. The event is open to alumni, students, staff and the greater Hamilton community.

In his new book, Paikin offers a unique view of the Ontario premiers through the eyes of a journalist who has had the distinction of interviewing them. Steve will discuss his book and his life as one of the most respected journalists who has had the opportunity to spend time with Ontario’s most famous politicians.

The event will be moderated by Alex Sévigny, director, McMaster-Syracuse Master of Communications Management.

Paikin and the Premiers can be purchased in advance at Bryan Prince Bookseller, and will also be available on site. The author will be signing copies of the book at the event.

The Steve Paikin visit will take place April 9 in CIBC Hall (Third Floor, McMaster University Student Centre). Please register to guarantee a seat. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the event will begin at 7:30 p.m.
