Upcoming system upgrade

An upcoming system upgrade will change the way staff and students log in to a number of McMaster applications. Instead of reading and agreeing to the Privacy and Information Statement each time the application is accessed, users will now only need to do this once per device.

The software applications impacted by this system upgrade include:

  • McMaster StudentMail
  • HathiTrust Digital Collection
  • www.macvideo.ca – Kaltura Video Platform
  • macreconline.ca – Athletics and Recreation online registration portal.
  • Aon Hewitt Pension Management
  • Family Medicine Portal

The system upgrade will make accessing these applications easier for users with fewer clicks to log in and update the appearance of the login page.
