The university and Unifor 5555, Unit 1 have reached a tentative agreement.
The unit represents approximately 2,500 non-academic administrative, professional and technical employees at McMaster. The union and university have been meeting to renew a collective agreement that ended April 30.
Both parties will now undertake their respective ratification processes.
