Update: Delivery of external email

Update: Feb. 26, 8:30 a.m.: McMaster is experiencing delivery issues in the sending of email to external accounts hosted by Microsoft. These accounts include Hotmail.com, Outlook.com, MSN.com, Live.com, Sympatico.ca, Bellnet.ca and Bell.ca. University Technology Services is working to resolve this problem and will provide status updates as the situation progresses.

Update: Feb. 25, 1:45 p.m.: The issue has now been resolved and mail is now being delivered to external email accounts. University Technology Services thanks the campus community for its patience while the issue was resolved.
