UniForum@McMaster Service Effectiveness Survey
Beginning next week many McMaster faculty and staff will receive an invitation to take part in the UniForum@McMaster Service Effectiveness Survey. This survey is an important part of the overall UniForum@McMaster benchmarking program. This program will allow us to better understand how the university is organized to deliver services and will provide insight into how different activities and services support our teaching and research mission.
Your involvement in this survey is a very important part of this initiative and I encourage you all to participate. The results of this survey will provide important information on the effectiveness of services and will help the University to identify services where improvements may be required.
