Try instructional programs for free

McMaster’s athletic instructional programs will be free for “Try-it Week”, Jan. 12-18. Come on over to the David Braley Athletic Centre and check out our full roster of programs, including yoga, Pilates, meditation, tai chi, dance, squash, karate and triathlon training!

Recreational programs are a great choice for promoting mental and physical health, especially through the winter months when we need a lift.
