Lane reduction on Traymore Avenue for setup of Lincoln Alexander Hall tower crane   

A section of Traymore Avenue between Forsyth and Dalewood avenues will be reduced to one lane from 5 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, to 10 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024.

The south lane will be closed to set up the second construction tower crane for the new Lincoln Alexander Hall student residence.

Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street during this closure.

Local traffic can access the roadway with assistance from traffic control personnel. Notification letters have been delivered to residents living along this section of Traymore Avenue, advising them of the above.

Please be aware that the scheduled setup of the construction crane is weather-dependent; delays due to high winds or lightning may extend the road closure. Any changes to the schedule will be posted on the Daily News.
