Tobacco and Smoke-Free Community Survey

On January 1, 2018 McMaster became the first post-secondary institution in Ontario to adopt a 100% tobacco and smoke free campus.

To evaluate this landmark initiative, you are invited to respond to a survey on the Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus policy. Responses will help inform further education about the Policy and its corresponding support services. The survey is open to all McMaster community members, including students, employees, and visitors to campus.

The survey will take about three minutes to complete, and your answers will be kept confidential.

Upon completing the survey, you can enter the draw to win 1 of 50 $10 gift cards to Starbucks.
