The Mosaic Finance system is getting an update
On March 6th, University Technology Services (UTS) will be performing an upgrade to the finance modules software within Mosaic. This upgrade provides us with the ability to stay up-to-date with the Peoplesoft software, including security patches and take advantage of new enhancements to make our finance interactions with the system more efficient.
The finance modules within Mosaic will be unavailable from Friday March 5th at 5pm and will become available again on Monday March 8th at 8am. HR and Campus Solutions will remain available during this time.
Benefits of this upgrade include:
- A more modern user interface
- Travel & Expense module improvements
- Journal Workflow visual changes

As with any software update, you may notice some system slowness and may experience some unexpected behaviour at first. In many cases, clearing the cache in your browser and restarting the browser will resolve the issue – you can find the instructions on how to do this here within the FAQ’s.
