Stearn Drive on campus closed for construction January 10 and 11

Stearn Drive in front of the David Braley Athletic Centre (DBAC) on McMaster’s campus will be closed for planned construction on Monday, January 10, and Tuesday, January 11, 2022, reopening on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

During the closure, access to the north side of campus for emergency and delivery vehicles only will be rerouted through Forsyth Avenue and Parking Lot H. Wayfinding signage will be posted. Parking will be forwarding communications to permit holders with instruction to use alternate parking lots.

During the closure, work will be completed that connects the new Hub and Pulse expansion, both currently under construction, to the sanitary sewer system. This work will take place over 48 hours.
