Spring Symposium

It’s Spring: reflect, celebrate & re-energize.
Undergraduate students are invited to reflect, celebrate the year’s achievements and re-energize at the Spring Symposium on April 2 at the McMaster Faculty Club.

Students will enjoy a three-course dinner in the company of Susan Aglukark, singer/songwriter, and Abigail Santos, a McMaster alumna. Aglukark is a unique Canadian artist who blends the Inuktitut and English languages in contemporary pop music to tell stories about her people. Her discussion of hope, spirit and encouragement captivates audiences.

Santos graduated from McMaster in 2006 with a B.A. in cultural studies. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in broadcast journalism from Seneca. She works as marketing and admissions co-ordinator for the Ontario Dental Education Institute is the vice-chair of the Hamilton Hive young professionals network.
