Show us how you stay healthy with a #MacHealthySelfie

Do you like to eat healthy food? Or get your exercise in with a bike ride to work?

The McMaster Healthy Workplace Committee is calling all McMaster faculty and staff to show us how you stay healthy and fit.

Post photos of yourself on social media participating in healthy activities this summer using #MacHealthySelfie. If you’re not on social media, you can still join in and submit your photos to healthyworkplace@mcmaster.ca Participants who enter will have a chance to win an exciting prize!

Select photos will be featured on the Healthy Workplace website throughout the summer. Creativity is definitely encouraged!
