Service Effectiveness Results Town Hall – July 12, 2018

Save the date in your calendar for the upcoming town hall to share the results from the 2017 Service Effectiveness Survey.

As you are aware, McMaster is taking part in a multi-university comparison of the effectiveness of key administrative services that support the academic mission, both centrally and in the faculties.

A town hall meeting is scheduled to share the results of the first survey that was sent last fall (October 2017).

The town hall will include an overview of the findings from the survey and how teams across the University can use these findings going forward.
