Personal Leadership & Emerging Leaders Programs Expand to All Employee Groups

McMaster University is focused on cultivating human potential, leveraging the diverse talents of its employees and recognizing that everyone is a leader in their own role. Personal Leadership, is designed for individuals to develop skills that are universally valuable within the McMaster University environment with an eye to future career development. Emerging Leaders, is designed for those who lead projects and/or people in their daily roles at McMaster.
