Pediatrics to host public lecture on healthcare transitions


On Thursday, Oct. 24, the Department of Pediatrics will present a free public lecture from visiting professor Dr. Carl Cooley of Dartmouth Medical School.

Cooley will deliver a lecture entitled “Improving Healthcare Transitions From Pediatric to Adult Care: Opening Doors to a Healthy Future” at 8 a.m. in room 3020 of the Michael G. DeGroote Centre for Learning and Discovery. All are welcome to attend.

The visiting professor is the former co-director of Got Transition?, the national healthcare transition centre in the United States.
