Open houses for accounts payable and general ledger users

Mosaic is continuing its series of open houses to provide users with hands-on support in using the University’s new finance system. Over the next few weeks, the project will hold open houses on general ledger and accounts payable topics.

Open houses provide system users an opportunity to work with project “super users.” These open houses will be held in a computer lab and attendees are encouraged to bring work they would like help completing.

About Open Houses

Individuals who plan to attend are asked to PRE-REGISTER for a one-hour slot during a session time to ensure enough computers are available for attendees. Due to the specialized nature of some issues, participants will be asked to provide questions in advance to make sure that the right super user is on hand.

Open House participants are expected to have already completed the corresponding training courses. The course materials are available on the Mosaic Learning Hub. These materials are a great refresher for those who have taken the corresponding classroom course.
