New Executive Director Finance and Administration (Academic)

Linda Coslovi, who has served in a variety of finance and administrative roles at McMaster for the past ten years, is the University’s new Executive Director Finance and Administration (Academic). The provost announced the appointment today. Coslovi is currently the Director, Finance and Administration in the Faculty of Engineering and succeeds Barb Campbell who is retiring.

“This is an important time in the academic, financial and administrative life of the University,” says provost David Wilkinson. “With the implementation of the new budget model underway and with our commitment to the Forward with Integrity initiatives, we are very fortunate to be able to appoint someone with a wealth of McMaster experience and knowledge to this role.”

Coslovi holds a Certified General Accountant’s designation and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster. Since arriving in 2003, she has served as Assistant Director of Research Finance in the Office of Research Services. In 2007 she joined the Faculty of Engineering in the role she now holds.

“I look forward to working with my colleagues across the University to continue the progress we’ve made towards a new budget model and to continue to help McMaster achieve its mission,” Coslovi says.

The appointment takes effect August 15.
