Mosaic Maintenance Management expansion to include security services
Effective February 9, 2018, the Maintenance Management module will undergo an expansion.
The Service Request Wizard has been expanded to include Security Services as a Problem Type.
Requestor’s will be able to make inquiries for certain security services within problem types that will include: repairs and installs for card access, panic buttons, repairs and installs for cameras. Security Services requests will be maintained by the Security department at ext. 24219.
An updated job aid has been created for requestors to assist with the Service Request Wizard expansion. The job aid can be found at:
