Microsoft 365 services affected by widespread Microsoft issue

Microsoft is reporting that services are in recovery.

One Drive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms should all be accessible now. McMaster Mail (365 email) and Exchange Online are recovering.

Wednesday, October 7 | 3:30 p.m.

McMaster email and other services may be interrupted due to a widespread issue related to Microsoft 365.

Users may experience issues accessing Microsoft 365 services, and may see impact to applications including Microsoft Teams, McMaster Mail, and OneDrive.

The university is working with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the issue and will provide updates to keep the community informed.
