Microsoft 365 Service Disruption


On Jan. 25 at approximately 2 a.m., Microsoft issued a notice that some users were unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Graph, Power BI, Microsoft 365 admin portal, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender.

As of 6 a.m. on Jan. 25, most of the issues appear to be resolved, and normal access should be restored. For more information, and real-time status updates on Microsoft 365 services, you can visit the online Office 365 status page.
