McMaster ranked among world’s best for health and clinical subjects

McMaster has been named one of the world’s top 25 universities in the field of clinical, pre-clinical and health subjects in a key international ranking.

McMaster is one of only two Canadian universities in the top 25 for clinical and health; the other is the University of Toronto in 7th place. 

McMaster’s performance in the Times Higher Education World University Ranking is in part because of its substantial industry revenue and citations in clinical, pre-clinical and health subjects. The other categories evaluated are research, teaching and international outlook. 

Earlier this month, Times Higher Education ranked McMaster 85th globally and fourth in Canada for 2023 in its overall World University Ranking.
