McMaster Mail (Microsoft 365) service interruption continues

Similar to the issue that we experienced on Wednesday afternoon, we are once again experiencing issues with incoming email.

Users will be able to exchange messages with other faculty and staff within the domain, but there is a delay in receiving emails from external senders or from students who are on the Gmail platform. This issue also means that users cannot send to email lists (containing a group of recipients).

We are once again working with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the issue and will provide updates to keep the community informed.
