McMaster hosts Canadian Conference on Student Leadership

There is still time to join student leaders from more than 15 colleges and universities across the country at the Canadian Conference on Student Leadership March 6 to 8 here at McMaster.

Dr. Roberta Bondar and Twitter Canada Managing Director Kirstine Stewart will provide the keynote presentations during a weekend focused on change. In addition to more than 30 student-lead workshops, attendees will have an opportunity to collaborate in a national leadership case study competition, interact with leadership educators and network with other delegates who are catalyzing change.

“The conference isn’t just for extroverts who work their way to the front of the crowd,” explains Jeremy Sandor, manager of student development in the Student Success Centre. “It’s for anyone who wants to learn about engaging people, communicating effectively and inspiring change.”
