Mapping Paradise collaborative art project


Mapping Paradise, a collaborative art project supported by President Patrick Deane’s Forward with Integrity funds, will be in full swing next week. Here are some highlights of the event:

Monday, Feb 25 to Wednesday, Feb 27: community groups and classes working collaboratively with Distinguished Hooker Visiting Scholar Gregg Schlanger in TSH 114 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. This is a hands-on workshop to build the components for the exhibition.

Thursday, Feb 28: public lecture by Gregg Schlanger in CIBC Hall (MUSC 319) at 3 p.m.

Thursday, Feb 28: public reception for the culminating exhibition in TSH 114 at 4 p.m. The exhibition will open from noon to 4 p.m. from Friday, March 1, and continue through Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

All events are open to the public and free of charge.
