MacMail outage – issue now resolved

Update: All issues with MacMail have been resolved as of 9:30 p.m. on Friday, June 26.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a system issue that is impacting MacMail (exchange on premise) email and other systems on campus.

Access to the McMaster Mail (powered by Microsoft 365) is not impacted.

Computer Services Unit (CSU) and University Technology Services (UTS) are currently investigating the issue, and technical support is now on campus actively working to resolve this issue.
