IT Services review underway

McMaster is launching a wide-ranging review of its information technology services.

A review team comprised of both McMaster members and experts from outside the University will consider all University IT services and their delivery. The goal is to ensure McMaster has the most effective and efficient information technology systems and structures to support its academic, research and operational needs.

Over the next three or four months, the review team will seek input and ideas from the campus community, and will consider whether there are gaps in service and what opportunities exist for improvement.

The review team is eager to hear from faculty, staff and students and will conduct interviews, host online surveys and consult broadly. It will then develop recommendations with the goal of posting a report in the fall.
