Hamilton Tiger-Cats pre-season game

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats will play a pre-season game at Ron Joyce Stadium on Saturday, June 14. The game starts at 3 p.m. A full event and traffic management plan will be in effect that includes:

  • encouraging all game attendees to use public transit
  • positioning police at the Sterling entrance to manage traffic flow
  • scheduling additional security personnel including Mac 91 and Mac 92 officers
  • limiting alcohol sales to  a cordoned-off and restricted area in the north-end of the campus, alcohol is not permitted in the stands
  • police and McMaster security will be patrolling the beer garden to ensure compliance

Further information will be shared as the game date approaches. No additional seating will be added to the stadium for the game and approximately 6,000 fans are expected to attend.
