Hamilton Police looking to identify Westdale break and enter suspect

Hamilton Police have an increased presence in the Westdale area as they continue efforts to identify a break and enter suspect.
On Monday, February 7, a male entered a student house located on Broadway Avenue, between Sussex and Main Street West without consent. A resident from within the house heard a sound at the front door and encountered the male inside, who then fled the area.
For those who live in the area: If you discover any attempted entries (window partially open, pry marks to locks) or entries to your residence, please call Hamilton Police Services as soon as possible. Even if it does not appear that anything has been taken, this information can be shared with Hamilton Police at 905-546-4725.
