Hamilton Police are seeking assistance in identifying assault suspect

Hamilton police are asking for the public’s help after a report that a person using the trails in Westdale was assaulted on Thursday, September 30 at 3:00 p.m.

The incident occurred on the Caleb’s Walk Trail in the area of Dalewood Crescent and Oak Knoll Drive in a heavily wooded section of the trail.

Police describe the suspect as a lone male, tanned skin, 25 to 30 years of age.  He had a semi muscular build, a black ponytail at the top of his head with shaved hair on the sides, and was wearing a white t-shirt and a carrying a black backpack.
