The McMaster community extends condolences to the family and friends of Vassili Kanellis, a PhD student in the department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, who passed away unexpectedly on April 8.
Vassili was a skilled organic chemist and a dedicated and respected teaching assistant. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
The flags at University Hall will be lowered today in his memory.
