Fill out Campus Store survey and get entered into a prize draw

The Campus Store would like to invite all members of the McMaster Community to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. The Campus Store conducts a survey twice a year, following our two busiest times, September and January. The information is used to shape service standards, product selection and online presence, and to ensure that the changing needs of the McMaster community are met.

The survey runs until October 21st, and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Everyone who completes a survey may enter for a chance to win one of three $50 Campus Store Gift Cards.
