Update – 10:00 am July 14

The Facility Services server issue has been fixed. The community can now access the AIM Works system to place work requests for Facility Services. You may also connect with Facility Services staff via email.

Facility Services is experiencing problems with its server which has impacted its ability to receive online work requests via AIM Works and to receive and send emails. As the issue is being rectified the community is asked to defer any non-urgent work requests until the system is restored. If you have an urgent or emergency request, please call ext. 24740. Updates will be provided as the work continues to restore the system.
