About Richard Black:

Richard is a Principal at Quadrant D Consulting, executive partner at Pilot Lite Ventures and CSO of Care4ward, a startup focused on nutrition for people undergoing chemo-therapy.  Beginning his career as an Assist. Professor in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Toronto, he has worked for Kellogg’s, Nestlé, Novartis, ILSI NA, Kraft/Mondelēz and PepsiCo.  Richard is an Adjunct Professor at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy, and recipient of IFT’s Babcock-Hart Award.
