Sustainable Hamilton, the Hamilton Sustainability Professionals Network (SPN), and McMaster University will be offering the second in a series of Community-based Leadership in Sustainability (CLS) educational and networking sessions: Claiming Green: Fact or Greenwashing?

In this session, you’ll hear from Sustainable Hamilton and their sustainability marketing experts to find out how to navigate the murky world of green marketing claims.

Among the lineup of engaging speakers are Mike Sawchuk, Global Sales & Business Development Manager, Environment – Supply Chain & Sustainability at UL Environment, a business unit of UL – Underwriters Laboratories; Peter Baraniecki, Manager, The Printing House; Roger Abbiss, Owner and Chief Coffeecologist at Hamilton-based Coffeecology (and owner of My Dog Joe, Mulberry Street, and Democracy).
