Changes to the Mosaic login process starting October 12

On October 12th, the way McMaster students, staff and faculty login to Mosaic will change.

Users will be required to login with their MacID@mcmaster.ca email and password, along with multi-factor authentication (MFA). The Mosaic homepage will also undergo minor adjustments.

This change enhances cybersecurity and ensures a more consistent login experience in line with other McMaster services like Microsoft 365 and Avenue to Learn. If you have recently logged into either of these applications, you will not need to re-enter your credentials when logging into Mosaic.

This change will take place during the regular Mosaic maintenance window from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on October 12th.

For issues logging into Mosaic on or after October 12th, please contact the UTS Service Desk for assistance.
