Changes to parking payment methods

On January 1, 2015 many of our parking  pay stations will ONLY accept credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and debit cards, not cash transactions.

A survey conducted last summer showed most visitor parkers understand and agree with cashless parking machines. Seventy-five per cent of visitors pay with a credit card or debit card.

Cashless parking pay stations will have fewer failures, no jammed bills/coins and the machines will be easier to manage.

There willl be 4  pay station machines that will still accept cash payment. Those pay station machines are located in Lot C, Lot I (pay station # 1), Lot H and Lot M.

The  will be 8 pay stations machines that will not accept cash payment. Those pay station machines  are located in Lot B, Lot E, Lot G, Lot P, Lot I (pay station # 2). Bus Shelter Station,  and Underground Stadium Parking.
