CFO honoured with leadership award

McMaster’s chief financial officer Dee Henne has received a provincial distinguished leadership award.

Henne, who is the assistant vice-president Administration and chief financial officer was recognized with the Council of Ontario Finance Officers (COFO) Distinguished Leadership Award  which recognizes and celebrates the achievements of individual administrators at Ontario universities.

The award also honours a person who actively supports COFO activities while being well recognized by peers and colleagues at institutional, provincial and national levels.

“I am blessed to be recognized by colleagues and those I know well and work alongside. I have a passion for the work we do and for knowledge sharing and volunteerism and I know that there is so much more still to do together,” Henne said.

The award was presented at COFO’S 2018 Fall Council conference in Toronto.
