Call for Nominations: Undergraduate, graduate student representatives to McMaster’s governing bodies


Elections will be held in March 2016 to fill vacant undergraduate and graduate student representative seats on the Board of Governors, Senate and the University Planning Committee. Terms are effective July 1, 2016 and are for two years unless otherwise indicated.

Board of Governors – one undergraduate student and one graduate student representative

Senate

Undergraduate Student Representatives – one from each of the following Faculties:

Business (one-year term), Engineering and Science

Graduate Student Representatives – one from each of the following Faculties:

Business, Health Sciences, Humanities, Science (one-year term) and Social Sciences (one-year term)

University Planning Committee – one undergraduate student and one graduate student representative

Completed nomination forms must be received in the University Secretariat’s office by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016.
