Bertrand Russell Archives house construction

Construction at 88 Forsythe Avenue N. will begin on Tuesday, October 10, 2017.

The building will be the future home of both the Bertrand Russell Archives, and McMaster’s Bertrand Russell Research Centre, which are currently located in Mills Memorial Library on McMaster’s main campus.

The renovation will convert the two-storey, 4300 sq. ft. space into a customized facility, that will ensure the proper storage and preservation of the Bertrand Russell Archives, and also support a range of research activities related to Russell scholarship.

Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2018.
