Applications open for McMaster’s spring Knowledge Leaders Program
Applications are open for McMaster’s spring cohort of the Knowledge Leaders Programs. This program will help you build your leadership capabilities and expand your McMaster network. McMaster University is focused on cultivating human potential, leveraging the diverse talents of employees, and recognizing that everyone is a leader in their own role. The program is delivered using virtual and online formats. Apply by April 28th to begin your leadership development training this spring! KNOWLEDGE LEADERS PROGRAM: Thursdays, May 6, 20, 27, June 10, and Wednesday, June 23 (5 virtual sessions, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
- Who should take this program: McMaster employees* who are operational team supervisors, or individual contributors, professionals or subject matter experts who regularly collaborate with or lead project teams, committees or work groups, and may supervise students.
- Key Topics: Problem solving, decision making, setting and meeting goals & objectives, communicating with stakeholders, delegating, coaching, planning & leading meetings, managing change, and more!
*McMaster employees on a part-time or full-time continuing or contractually limited appointment of at least 1 year.
