Developed by the Office of the Vice-President (Administration), the That’s a Great Idea initiative is an easy way for the McMaster community to suggest enhancements to the quality of service, increase effectiveness or efficiency, solve an existing problem, or propose an innovation or opportunity for improvement in the area of Administration.

“Developed with the principles of Forward with Integrity in mind, That’s a Great Idea will help create flexible, streamlined, simplified procedures,” said Roger Couldrey, Vice-President (Administration). “By engaging the McMaster community, we hope to leverage the strength of our organization to find ways to promote ongoing innovation and efficiency and ensure that administrative processes are continually improved.”

Ideas can be submitted online or hardcopy forms can be printed off the website and submitted to the That’s a Great Idea program manager, using the mailbox beside Gilmour Hall, B107.

All ideas will be considered for implementation based on the University’s established assessment criteria (by michael here).
