WATCH: Ergonomic tips for your home office

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced millions of Canadians to work from home with many of us hunched over laptops, slouching on our dining rooms chairs or perched on the sofa. By most accounts, this will continue for months — but an improvised work space and improper set-up can cause troublesome health problems which can include backache, carpel tunnel syndrome and other ailments.

We asked Peter Keir, a professor in the Department of Kinesiology, for some simple tips to help avoid strains on the body.
