University of Manchester educator to discuss entrepreneurship, innovation and higher education

Peter Winter, director of the Manchester Science Enterprise Centre (MSEC) at the University of Manchester, will discuss the growing interest in entrepreneurship and innovation and the way it is being supported by higher education at McMaster on Wednesday, March 23.
Winter has spent more than 30 years in industry in a wide range of commercial, production, engineering and project management roles. He is a fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a member of the Institute of Directors and a past member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
The seminar is being organized by the newly created Xerox Centre for Engineering, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at McMaster University.
