The Final Offer Vote for employees who are members of CAW Local 555, Unit 1 will be held Wednesday September 2 and Thursday September 3.
The vote is organized and run by the Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB). It is important that members exercise their right to participate in the secret ballot.

In order to ensure that everyone has the chance to vote, polling will be conducted in a number of locations. The details of the voting times and locations can be found by clicking here.

The question on the ballot is determined by the OLRB and will read: Are you in favour of acceptance of the offer last received by your trade union from your employer?

A majority Yes vote means a new collective agreement will be implemented with all the provisions outlined in the Final Vote summary.

A majority No vote means there is no contract and a September 4th strike date.
