A wheelchair driven by head movement, another that can follow a nurse or doctor,
touchless computing and a fridge management system that texts you when you need to
buy more milk were just some of the projects unveiled Tuesday by electrical and
computing engineers at McMaster.
More than 130 fourth-year students presented their futuristic tech gadgets for
guests and media in CIBC Hall at the annual event, meant to give the community the
opportunity to take a look at the technology it may be using in the not-so-distant
future, as well as to meet young McMaster inventors.
