From concept to final cut, the curtain is ready to lift on this year’s McMaster GradFlix Final Showcase.

Graduate students from across the faculties have been flexing their creative muscles, crafting one-minute films describing their research.

GradFlix allows students to tell their stories using animations, original music, dance, poetry, even humour, while still focusing on improving communication skills with non-specialist audiences.

The top three GradFlix winners will receive cash prizes and the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Communicating Graduate Research.

Check out the 2022 GradFlix Final Showcase Premiere on YouTube, Tuesday, April 5, at 3 p.m.
